The item I want is SOLD OUT ? When will it be back IN-STOCK?

If the item you are wanting is SOLD OUT , please make sure to enter your email address to be notified when the item will be back IN-STOCK. I do my best to replenish stock every 2 weeks.

I just placed my order, when will I receive it?

**Please first check the announcement bar at the top of the website for any current shipping announcements**

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at chad@thearcanecandle.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

What makes my candles different from others?

My Coconut wax blend candles are hand-poured with the very best fragrance in the industry. My wax blend is virtually odorless, which means I don't have to use anything to cover or mask the wax's base odor (less additives) and it burns longer than other wax bases.

I also optimize every candle system (wick, fragrance, vessel and wax) for the best burn possible to ensure the safety of use as well as the quality of the candle you are receiving.

PLEASE NOTE: My candles , labels etc are all hand made and hand applied. Sometimes a label could be slightly crooked or off center. Sometimes one candle could weigh slightly less or more than the next. Rest assured I do everything in my power to get them as perfect as possible before they arrive on your doorstep.



Are scented candles safe?

PLEASE NOTE: The candle tins can become hot when the wax melts down. Be careful when handling. Do not grab the tin until you have extinguished the flame and it has cooled down to avoid burning or wax spilling. I recommend sitting your tin on a hot plate or something equivalent to not damage the surface it is sitting on.



Is there Lead in the wicks?

What is in the wax and is it toxic to me, my children or pets?

My wax is a non-toxic blend of coconut wax and beeswax.

Coconut wax is safe, long-burning and odorless.

Beeswax is 100% pure. Unlike many other candles, burning beeswax actually purifies the air. Beeswax candles emit negative ions which bind with particulate matter in the air, causing the floating particles in the air to drop to the ground. Some say negative ions also stimulate the pituitary gland, thus increasing creativity, intuition, and dream activity. Because of their air cleansing properties, beeswax candles are a great candle option for people with allergies, asthma, sinuses and sensitivities.



What causes a candle to “soot” and is it harmful?

First, I have done rigorous amounts of testing to ensure my candles produce the least amount of soot possible, however that is not to say you will never see soot arise from the candle. Candle smoke and soot is not harmful. It is a natural byproduct of incomplete combustion in the candle. The soot is a carbon particle that is similar to the soot given off by a kitchen toaster. It is chemically different than the soot formed by burning diesel fuel, coal or gasoline (which are the more concerning forms of soot and smoke). Trimming your wick properly each time you light your candle will minimize smoke and soot.



I’m not happy with the fragrance I received?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the fragrance that you have selected, you may return your candle / wax melt as long as it is within 14 days of ordering. The candle / wax melt must not be burned or lit or damaged in any way.
